CORPORATE AIRCRAFT ASSOCIATION PREFERRED FBO PROGRAM

The Corporate Aircraft Association (CAA), founded in 1990 as the Global Charter Association and renamed in 1994, was formed to assist Part 91 operators to obtain the best possible fuel prices through the power of its membership numbers. Through its partnership program the association also offers discounted rates on car rentals, flight planning with ForeFlight, fuel programs with FuelerLinx and JetFuelX, arranging concierge and FBO services through FlightBridge, and international flight planning, permitting, and operational support through Signum Aviation.

FBO operators may want to consider the Preferred FBO Program, which is a member-driven opportunity for FBOs to be listed as “Preferred” on the CAA website. FBOs can apply to become a CAA partner by submitting a bid via the “Interested FBO Form” on the website. FBOs voted into the program by members during the specified voting period must adhere to a number of rules concerning fees for onsite aircraft and passenger services, fuel pricing, and weekly reporting. CAA and the FBO enter into a three-year contract during which the FBO is listed as Preferred on the CAA website.
