ADVERTORIAL – A property consisting of two hangar-office buildings on an 11.2-acre leasehold at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (SUS) in St. Louis, Missouri, will be sold at auction on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 12:00 PM CDT. The auction will be conducted both onsite and online. The property is being offered by Williams & Williams of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The two hangars contain a total of 80,104 SF. Hangar 1 has a 28,944 SF (170’ x 170’) bay with two sliding doors 65’ W x 27’ H and 85’ W x 27’ H and a Viking VK302 sprinkler system. It also includes 24,710 SF of high-end offices with a reception area, executive offices, conference rooms, pilot lounge, kitchen, exercise rooms, and showers. Hangar 2 contains 26,450 SF (115’ x 230’) with a 170’ W x 28’ H sliding door and can accommodate up to Gulfstream V/VI, with a foam fire suppression system.
