AVIATION PROPERTY NETWORK (APN) ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH AVIATION MANAGEMENT CONSULTING GROUP (AMCG) TO DIRECT APPRAISER PROGRAM
Aviation Property Network (APN), a subsidiary of Business Aviation Group, has formalized a partnership with Aviation Management Consulting Group (AMCG) to lead and manage APN’s Aviation Real Estate (A.R.E.) appraiser program. As an established leader in aviation management consulting services, AMCG’s expertise in the practice and understanding of airport appraisals will help to guide the development of APN’s new A.R.E. appraiser program. The program will set an industry standard for A.R.E. appraisals and APN affiliate appraisers will need to meet specific experience and educational requirements.

Appraisers accepted into the affiliate program will receive a stamp of approval granting them access to APN’s vast database of aviation comparable lease and sale data. APN recently unveiled their upgraded web service, APN.aero, as a complete aviation real estate resource with listings and services across all domestic and international aviation submarkets.
