KING AEROSPACE SIGNS LEASE AT XNA
The King Aerospace Commercial Corporation (KACC) has signed a lease agreement for two hangars at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) to support the company’s modification services operations. KACC will utilize the hangars for specialized modifications such as upgraded airborne defense systems along with maintenance, installation, program management, and VIP interior refurbishment services. The hangars have been upgraded to include LED lighting, exhaust systems, spray booth, and shop facilities and can hold multiple widebody aircraft.
The two hangars will be ready for occupancy this May after being unoccupied following the closure of Ozark Aircraft Systems in 2004. Each hangar has 58,368-square-feet of hangar space along with 78,000-square-feet for office, shop, and engineering space. KACC serves major defense contractors and government agencies. The company specializes in avionics design and installation, interior design and refurbishment, maintenance, paint, and engineering. KACC has locations in Dallas, Texas, Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Rogers, Arkansas.
