BA Group Advisors and Newmark Assist ZeroAvia in Their Hollister Expansion
CO – In collaboration with BA Group and Newmark, they were able to assist ZeroAvia in expanding into the Hollister, California market. ZeroAvia is developing the first zero-emission powertrain for aviation. They are working with aircraft operators, owners, and manufacturers to supply the world’s breakthrough zero-emission engines and the infrastructure and fuel to power a revolution in green flight.
APN Affiliates, Will Mace (Business Aviation Group) and Deborah O’Reilly (Newmark) are commercial Brokers who specialize in Aviation real estate and Airport facilities. Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly represented the facility owner in the lease transaction with ZeroAvia and their expansion into a recently constructed Hangar and Office facility located at the Hollister Municipal Airport (KCVH). In addition to the lease transaction with ZeroAvia, Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly have placed the same facility into Escrow for purchase with an investment group. Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly worked closely with the City of Hollister and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to secure a TTF (Through-the-Fence) agreement, an incredible milestone for the Hollister community.
Will Mace says, “Hollister is quickly becoming an innovation hub in the aviation and automotive sectors, and we are excited to help the community find its footing and create a strong foundation for strategic growth. On the surface, these transactions may look like they move quickly based on the information the public is privy to. The reality is, that there is an incredible amount of time (years) and effort behind the curtain to get these across the finish line. The heavy lift for us on these projects is educating our investors, start-ups, and growing companies, on the benefits of doing business in Hollister; specifically at the airport.”
