Garmin Offers Navigation Database to Non-WAAS GNS Navigators

KS – Garmin has announced the expansion of the availability of the company’s Garmin Navigation Database which will now include Non-WAAS GNS navigators. The GNS helps to provide the latest navigation information for various Garmin avionics. Garmin’s Navigation Database supports VFR and IFR flights with instrument procedures, airport data, frequencies, and other navigation elements.

The new offering of database solutions for non-WAAS GNS navigators is cost-effective and available across multiple pricing tiers. Garmin provides single navigation database updates, annual subscription options, or bundles to help simplify the updating process. Garmin users can complete updates with the Garmin Aviation Database Manager on an existing data card with a Garmin USB aviation data card programmer. Customers also have the option to allow updates to automatically download so they can be installed in a more efficient manner. Garmin navigation data, single navigator bundles, and OnePaks are available for the full GNS series including Non-WAAS and WAAS systems.
