Since Nemacolin Airport is private, pilots must call the airport 48 hours in advance to get a reservation, and they should call again 24 hours before landing in order to get updated information. When pilots are ten minutes out, they must call Nenacolin security on 123.0.

Pilots should only turn around at the ends of the runway, and no one should walk across the runway. The airport recommends locking the doors of your aircraft and chalking the wheels prior to leaving the tarmac. It’s important to note that the airport is not open at night.
