APP Jet Center Acquires Second Florida FBO

FL – APP Jet Center has acquired its second Florida FBO operation at Witham Field Airport (SUA) in Stuart, Florida. The acquisition expands its existing network which includes FBOs at Treasure Coast International (FPR), Fort Pierce, Florida, Manassas Regional (HEF), Manassas, Virginia, Hayward Executive (HWD), Hayward, California, and five hangars in a hangar-only operation at Centennial Airport (APA) in Denver, Colorado.

APP Jet Center is owned by APP Properties Inc., with corporate offices in Florida. The company is focused on organic growth and strategic acquisitions, owning nearly one million square feet of hangar space in 60 buildings. APP built new hangars at HEF in 2014 and 2020, and also built a new FBO terminal and a 30,000 SF hangar at its HWD facility in 2016. Its objective is to enhance customer experiences through the addition of new infrastructure and services at its locations. APP Properties is majority-owned by Ridgewood Infrastructure, LLC, which invests in essential infrastructure in the natural gas, electricity, water and wastewater, marine, and aviation sectors across the United States.
