Arriving at Fox Harb’r Resort

There are numerous ways to arrive at Fox Harb’r Resort, including by car, boat and private charter jet. If you’re a pilot or own a corporate jet, you’ll probably want to fly your own jet and land on their paved runway. Runway 15/33 is located just 1.7 miles from Fox Harbour, Nova Scotia. It has an elevation of 62 feet. The runway is officially 4,885 feet long and 75 feet wide. The airport does have a VFR approach, and the ASRI is 122.20. Jet A and Jet A1 are available. Pilots and crew can also enjoy the on-site cafe, Wi-Fi, refreshments, and showers. Anyone arriving at the airport should call the Fox Harb’r Resort reservation number to get authorization to land.

These spacious, two-room suites provide guests with a living area, bedroom, luxurious bathroom, and a wet bar/snack area. Hypoallergenic pillows are available by request. Guests can enjoy TVs in the living area and bedroom, and the wet bar is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests can also enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings on the private terrace.

Golf Manor Suite

Each golf manor suite includes a spacious living room with a large couch, ample seating, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Vacationers can enjoy a large TV for watching movies and TV shows and a fully stocked wet bar with a coffee maker. Each room includes a hairdryer, a safe minifridge, and comfy bathrobes.

Executive and Ocean View Townhomes

The Fox Harb’r townhomes are spacious homes that include lovely entryways, large living rooms, golf course views, and ample sitting areas with desks and chairs just in case you have to check your email or jump on a quick video call. The townhomes also offer fireplaces, full kitchens with full-sized appliances, a dedicated dining area and breakfast bar, a laundry room with full-sized washers and dryers, several bedrooms, and amenity-filled bathrooms.

Challenge Your Skills on Fox Harb’r’s Championship Course

Once you’ve settled into your room, you might consider heading out to Fox Harb’r’s Scottish-inspired championship golf course. This inspirational course was designed by Graham Cooke. This scenic golf course is a par 72 and includes 18 holes. Over the years, this course has been enjoyed by golf enthusiasts, amateurs, and famous professional golfers. In fact, Tiger Woods holds the record on this course. In addition to a world-class golf course, vacationers and members can opt to book private or semi-private golf lessons, take part in the golf academy, or register for a golf clinic.

Relax with Simulator Golf

Fox Harb’r’s Gold Academy has a golf simulator where you can play some of the most iconic and beautiful golf courses in the world. Guests can choose from 30 tour venues. The simulator is indoors, and the sessions last one hour.

Enjoy One of the Highest Rated Spas in Nova Scotia

The spa and wellness center at Fox Harb’r Resort received the “Best Destination Spa” award in 2021, and it’s considered one of the top 25 spas in Canada. Private Wine Tasting

Fox Harb’r Resort offers private wine tastings in the Cape Cliff Dining Room. Couples, groups, and corporations can make reservations for 90-minute wine tastings. Guests should reserve the wine tasting 72 hours in advance, and all participants should be at least 19 years old. There is a 10-guest limit per wine tasting reservation.

Sport Shooting, Archery, and Axe Throwing

If you’re ready to test your hand-eye coordination and reflexes, Fox Harb’r Resort offers sport shooting, where you can shoot clay pigeons with a Beretta Sport Rifle. This experience is great for beginners and experts. The Fox Harb’r Resort sport shooting course is accredited, and every safety precaution is taken. Sessions last 60 minutes.

The Fox Harb’r Resort’s archery field will remind guests of the slow days at summer camp. In fact, this is a great activity for adults and children. Attendees will learn how to hold the bow and arrow, aim, and fire. Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes safety gear.
