Leading Edge Interview – Larry Brow

APN recently interviewed Larry Brow, the co-founder of Leading Edge, to learn more about their firm and experience. Larry Brow began his flying career at age 15 when he developed his passion for both aviation and real estate. Larry worked for the local FBO as an instructor pilot while in college and became an officer and aerospace engineer during his tour of duty in the Air Force.

Leading Edge has extensive experience transacting aviation real estate. Their success, according to Larry, is based on being as candid as reasonable and informing clients about expectations on how much they can sell their aviation property for, whether it’s a hangar at an airport or a residential hangar home.

The new development at Falcon Field has been Leading Edge’s most notable aviation-relation property transaction. This development encompasses over 400,000 square feet of mixed-use hangars and office space. The hangars range in size from 4,000 to 15,000 square feet with proposed uses for FBO operations, corporate aircraft storage, helicopter operations, aircraft maintenance, light aviation manufacturing & assembly, and aerospace industry uses, among others. Hangars can accommodate various aircraft types, including large business jets and helicopters.
