Local Options to Serve New Concourse at PHX

AZ- The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (KPHX) has announced the Phoenix City Council’s approval of recommended proposals for additions to the airport’s new concourse at Terminal 4. The recommendations included new restaurants, shops, and a common-use lounge. The new concourse is expected to open this summer.

The Food and Beverage Concessions Phase 1 Package was awarded to The Grove Inc. which encompasses Pedal Hause Brewery and Berry Divine, Bobby’s Burger and Eegee’s, and Chick-Fil-A. The second package was awarded to Emerging Domestic Market Ventures, LLC which will operate Sip Coffee & Beer. Local products and stores will also be featured as part of the approved Retail Concessions package. The new concourse will host a common-use lounge that will be operated as a Chase Sapphire Lounge with 3,500-square-feet of space. The new concourse’s restaurants and shops are expected to open in phases during this year and throughout 2023. The concourse at Terminal 4 is 130,000-square-feet and is the busiest terminal within PHX.
