New Hangars Offered at Bellingham

Alpha Technologies is building a new hangar-office facility at Bellingham International Airport (BLI) and reservations for space are currently being accepted. The new $20 million complex consists of two hangars totaling 73,000 square feet of aircraft space with an additional 4,000 square feet of offices.

Hangar 1 has 34,000 square feet of hangar space with a 28′ high hangar door, and 4,000 square feet of office space, as well as private vehicle parking. It is designed with business operators and corporate flight departments in mind. Hangar 2 is designed for commercial and heavy jets with a 44′ high hangar door, 39,000 square feet of hangar space, and private vehicle parking. The complex will be able to accommodate up to the BBJ Max, Gulfstream G700, and Bombardier Global 8000. Both hangars will have a newly constructed taxiway built for movement area and runway access and is slated to be completed this summer.
