Sheltair Network Garners “Best in the Business” in AIN Survey
FL – For the fourth year in a row, Sheltair has been recognized by its business aviation customers with the highest rankings in the 2022 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey. The Tampa location tied for the top spot, and an additional eight Sheltair FBOs placed in the top 20%, the most of any network for four consecutive years. This is the third time in five years Tampa ranked number one and the seventh consecutive year in the country’s top 5 percent.
The annual survey ranks feedback in five categories: facilities, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, line service, and customer service representatives. The survey scores are averaged after the end of February every year.
Sheltair is a family-owned company founded in 1963 by Jerry Holland, father of the current President Lisa Holland. Sheltair remains the largest privately-owned aviation network, operating 16 award-winning FBOs and a portfolio of more than 4 million square feet of aviation real estate across the U.S.
