Aviation Property Network, LLC sells aviation type real estate listing information, data, consulting and advertising only. Aviation Property Network, LLC does not sell tangible products. The delivery time from subscription application to account approval is normally within 72 hours. The method of delivery is by Email.

2. Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

In order to use this Site you must first agree to these Terms and Conditions. You may not use this Site if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You will agree to be bound by this agreement whether you are a “Visitor” or an “Account Holder”. A Visitor is defined as one who browses the site and whereas an Account Holder is one who has registered with Aviation Property Network, LLC.

Furthermore, you agree to be solely responsible for the content and representations of your listing(s) as well as the content and representations of your advertising and to indemnify and hold harmless Aviation Property Network, LLC and its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries and owners harmless for any losses or damages to yourself and others that may result either directly or indirectly from the listings or ads you post on the APN.aero Site.

At Aviation Property Network, LLC we make the information and services provided on this Site available to you, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of these terms, conditions and notices. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. During your subscription period Aviation Property Network, LLC will maintain your personal contact information inclusive of: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email address in a confidential manner. Inquiries from prospects on your listing require the creation of an Account, Username and Password. The Subscriber has the option to reply to the inquiry at his or her option. Aviation Property Network, LLC and its affiliates may use your contact information and other information collected as needed.

7. Security

All information and data listing content received by Aviation Property Network, LLC is stored on a hosted database facility that maintains the utmost protection and security. The database is only accessible to our Aviation Property Network, LLC webmaster and host programmers. All credit card information is encrypted for internet transmission. Our security is diligent; however, we can’t guarantee that our servers are impenetrable by hackers or that your personal information will be violated during internet transmission.

8. Intellectual Property Rights Ownership and Notification

Unless otherwise noted, all rights, title and interest in all information including, but not limited to, screens, texts, user names, passwords, web pages, or other materials (collectively “Content”) appearing in and on this Site are the exclusive property of Aviation Property Network, LLC. All information, products, services, and software (“Content”) contained on or used in this Site may be copyrighted, all rights reserved, and the ownership of the copyrights herein shall at all times remain vested in Aviation Property Network, LLC unless otherwise noted. Business Account Subscriptions are billed on an annual recurring basis. These Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take place as from the next period of billing. A cancellation will only cancel future billings.

Basic User Listing Subscriptions are on a month to month recurring basis. These Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take place as from the next period of billing. A cancellation will only cancel future billings.

Enterprise Subscriptions terms and conditions are detailed between Subscriber and Aviation Property Network, LLC in an separate agreement.

Advertising Rates and Fees are on an individual contract basis only. Advertising Fees are Non-Refundable unless otherwise outlined in each contract.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and be limited to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado and shall benefit and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions or use of this Site will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association and will be arbitrated in Centennial, Colorado.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be considered severed from the remaining provisions and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This is the entire Agreement between you and us governing your access to, dealings with, and use of this Site.

Any failure by APN.aero to assert any rights it may have under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to assert the same or any other right at any other time or against any other person or entity.
