Two New Construction Corporate Hangars Available in 2025 at OPF
FL – Are you seeking convenient, revenue-producing corporate hangar space at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF)? If you’ve been around the United States lately, you already know that hangar space, especially corporate hangar space in convenient locations, is in short supply, especially at popular destinations, large metros, and ports of entry. Thankfully, hangar space is being built at OPF, and you could own it. APN would like to announce that Jet Aviation at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport is building two new corporate hangars, and they are slated for completion by the summer of 2025. This exclusive aviation property opportunity is being brought to you through the efforts of Jet Aviation, BA Group Advisors, APN, and our affiliate APN partners, Absolute Investment & Realty Services and Flock Realty Group.
1. What does the corporate hangar space at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF)’s Jet Aviation building encompass?
The Jet Aviation campus at OPF encompasses more than 30 acres, 12 of which will be dedicated ramp and aircraft movement space. These two premier corporate hangars contain more than 55,000 square feet. Each hangar measures 154.5 by 130 feet or about 21,000 square feet each. Of those 21,000 square feet, 20,000 is dedicated hangar space, and 1,000 square feet is office and shop space. As a bonus, the hangars will have direct, private access to Jet Aviation’s new FBO. Jet Aviation will provide owners with aircraft towing and fueling services, including a very enticing fuel discount.
2. What is included in purchasing the two hangars, offices, and ramp space?
The hangars are spec’d with 28’ foot high doors that will open onto the 12 acres of ramp space, allowing large business jets to easily maneuver and park. Finishes within the hangar will include 208/3-phase power and durable epoxy coating that’s water-resistant and easy to clean. The new owner will enjoy reduced electricity bills due to the installed photovoltaic solar system. Additionally, charging stations have been installed to allow for the convenient charging of electric vehicles, and the hangars are silver LEED certified, which means you’re purchasing green buildings.
3. What services are available?
The two hangars are attached to the Jet Aviation FBO terminal, and as a result, the new owner of the hangars will receive priority fuel and premium passenger and aircraft handling. As an added benefit, the FBO offers corporate clients returning or leaving for overseas adventures access to on-site Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
4. What can the executive owner expect when they purchase these two premium hangars at OPF?
These two premium LEED-certified hangars come with a pre-paid lease structure. The owner does retain the ability to resell these hangars at a future date. There is also an opportunity for revenue sharing when the hangar is unoccupied.
The Jet Aviation Campus is conveniently located on the west side of the airport, which means that it is not located near the other FBO operations. This provides the owners of these two hangars the ability to enjoy easy access and privacy. Jet Aviation has one of the largest ramps at the airport, offering clear and direct access to the taxiway and runway infrastructure. Owners, passengers, and clients can enjoy fast access and hassle-free travel to the FBO via the entrance on NE 142nd Street.
